This Post Is Stupid
I haven’t actually intended to give up the blog. It’s just that things—life—got in the way for a while. And, then, it had been so long that, even when I thought of something I might write, I felt silly.
“Am I really going to break a two-month absence with a post about Cheetos?”
And it builds on itself. The longer I left it, the more impressive my return had to be. It’s like when you don’t remember someone’s name, but you’ve known them too long to ask. It can be a hard cycle to break.
So this is my post granting me permission to be inane again.
