Matrix Trip

Posted in General at 11:07 am by Ian

*** Update ***

Ok, according to Sarra they are now sold out that night. I just went back in, and it doesn’t say anything about that all the way up to actually ordering the ticket. I didn’t go past that because I don’t want to get stuck with an extra one. If you don’t have one yet, get it soon. I know Adam, Katie, Matt, and I have tickets. Anyone else?

Wait. I just tried a different showing (one today), and it said it was sold out as soon as I clicked on it. So I don’t think ours is sold out yet. Way to suck, Sarra.

*** End Update ***

I figure most everyone who would go reads this, so, just so I can have a good idea of who’s going and such, please drop me a line here if you are planning to come see The Matrix Revolutions on Saturday.

That’s the 10 pm showing, Saturday the 8th, in the IMAX theater.

Here’s where you can get tickets. Make sure you get the IMAX one. Everyone’s expected to get his own ticket.

If you have a car, put that down too. Ah, whatever. I already know who has cars. Adam, Sarra, and Becca are all coming, right?

How often do you get an opportunity to see a movie like this on IMAX? Of course I’m coming.

  2. becca said,

yea, im coming. and lauren is, too, provided she gets her ticket. and yea. so im excited.

  3. becca said,

yea, sarra told me that, too, and i checked it out and went all the way through with buying the ticket, seeing as i needed one, and it was fine. so it should work for anyome who tries, if they get theirs soon.

Yay IMAX! I’ve heard good things about this movie, too. Apparently it redeems a lot of the crappiness of the second Matrix movie by answering a lot of the questions that were raised and resolving a lot of the seemingly arbitrary subplots.

Really? I’ve heard crappy things, along the lines of “It’s a blockbuster Hollywood series involving a conflicted Hero-Savior-figure. How do you think it’s going to end?” But I hope that they’re wrong.

It was sold out! I swear! Katie checked it and everything!

But it is no longer, so I have a ticket, and will be providing a car. However, if people are planning to ride in said car, I require gas money. I’m totally broke.

I have heard nothing about the movie, and refuse to read, watch, or hear anything about the movie. I wish to watch it unsullied, and form my own, unbiased opinion about how much it sucks. Yay! 😀 😀 😀 P-)

    You can count me in.

    In like a :ninja:! Muahahahaha!
