New Hampshire News

Posted in Uncategorized at 10:51 am by Ian

I was watching CNN this morning, where the talking heads were blathering about the New Hampshire primary. I only watched for about five minutes, but in that time I heard the following wonderful quotes:

Everybody coming out for this primary is sure about one thing: they want to see their candidate in the White House.

Truly an insightful observation.

And then, the very next sentence:

But a substantial portion of them are undecided going in.

A microcosm of America. We aren’t sure what we want, but it sure is important to us!

Only two presidents were elected without winning the New Hampshire primary: Clinton in ’92, and George W. Bush in 2000

Translation: This primary hasn’t been relevant for 20 years.
